This album is a collection of songs I have written while getting sober. Most were actually in psych wards, detoxes, jails and rehab. There are a few songs on the album that are recently written like "I Need Help (Just like You) and "I'm Moving To Antarctica... Seriously". There is a lighter element to these songs and I believe this is the direction I am moving towards. If I put out more music in the future it will be reflection of my personality now, which is totally about laughing, loving and contribution.

I want to thank my older brother David (9-20-91 to 1/18/16) for bringing light into a darkness that I thought was impenetrable. The cracks and flaws within myself that I thought would be the death of me, ironically allowed light to enter.

I would like to thank Josh Johnson for touching my life. I have learned hard lessons through Josh's suicide and this will be the last serious album I ever put out. Period. Life is too short. I would rather laugh than cry at this point in time.

I want to thank Paul Rossler at Kitten Robot Studios for an awesome experience. It was an honor to record there.
